We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transport Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations. The role focuses on ensuring that vehicles, drivers, and goods move efficiently and safely between locations while maintaining compliance with transport regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate vehicle routes and deliveries
• Assign drivers and vehicles to transport tasks
• Monitor transportation activities and track shipments
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and dispatch teams
• Handle transport documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws and safety regulations
• Manage fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, and transport costs
• Resolve delays, route changes, and transportation issues

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in transportation, dispatching, fleet management, or logistics
• Familiarity with local and international transport procedures is an advantage

Remuneration Details:

• 38 days Leave per year (Annual Leave 14 days +Sick Leave 14 days + 10 days Casual Leave)
