Requirements:
Experience in vendor management, compliance, budgeting, and project coordination.

Responsible for managing maintenance contracts, budgets, and compliance requirements.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Sustainable Infrastructure, or a related Engineering field.
Preferred qualifications: Relevant professional certifications, e.g., in fire safety, green building, or technical specialties.
