Warehouse Assistant (Forklift Driver)

We are looking for experience forklift driver.

Working hours: 7.30am - 4.45pm (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: 71 Tuas South Ave 1 Level 1 Singapore 637782

• Load and unload goods from trucks, containers and storage areas.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory placement within designated locations.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and dispatching goods.
• Perform picking, packing, and staging of materials when required.
• Conduct stock transfers and replenishment activities.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory placement within designated locations.

• Verify quantities and condition of goods received and dispatched.
• Complete relevant operational records, checklists, and inventory documentation.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
• Assist in stock counts and inventory audits.
• Relocates final picked and unloaded goods ensuring efficient use of limited space and ability to isolate segregated products neatly.
• Adhere to all workplace safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Conduct pre-operational inspections of forklifts and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform daily forklift inspection and basic maintenance checks.
• Report equipment faults or breakdowns to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure equipment is operated within manufacturer and company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must have a valid forklift license
• Able to commit overtime per business requirement
• Preferably familiar with handheld scanner & computerized warehouse system
• Familiar with and follow all safety requirements
• Able and willing to follow inventory management instructions
• Preferably have equipment maintenance and record-keeping knowledge
• Able to handle physical work and manual carton lifting (up to 15kg)
• Training will be provided for candidate without VNA experience
