Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will lead and optimize warehouse workflows, inventory control, and dispatch activities to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and uphold safety and security standards supporting TIKI’s service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse facility workflows and maintain accurate inventory control to support operational efficiency
• Manage receiving, storing, and distribution of goods ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet customer requirements
• Establish, implement, and monitor security procedures to protect warehouse assets and operations
• Coordinate material handling processes and maintain detailed customer service records for transparency and accountability
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments to plan workflows, adapt to changes, and resolve operational issues promptly
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and reconcile discrepancies with data storage systems
• Design and maintain warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational flow
• Liaise effectively with walk-in clients, suppliers, and contractors to facilitate smooth warehouse operations
• Conduct Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) inspections and ensure compliance with fire safety and environmental regulations
• Demonstrate strong leadership by guiding warehouse staff, communicating clearly, and solving problems to improve processes
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Class 3 driving license
• Forklift license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain with exposure to picking and packing in open-air environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse operational reporting
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to proactively address operational challenges
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer service excellence
• Ability to work a 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am–12:30pm
