Welder

Responsibilities:-

• Perform welding, cutting and grinding tasks on metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret welding drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out welding, fabrication, fitting and repair works
• Ensure compliance with welding techniques, project specifications and safety standards
• Conduct pre and post weld inspections and maintain good workmanship
• Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely
• Assist with material handling, loading, unloading and lifting of equipment and materials when required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements:-

• Minimum 2 years of relevant welding experience
• Able to read technical drawings and welding symbols
• Familiar with WSH requirements and safe work practices
• Proactive and able to work independently
