Welding Supervisor

1. Supervise daily welding activities and ensure work is completed safely and according to project requirements.

2. Assign tasks to welders and monitor productivity, quality, and progress.

3. Verify that welding procedures, specifications, and approved drawings are followed.

4. Inspect welded joints and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality standards.

5. Ensure all welders use the required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.

6. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings before welding operations begin.

7. Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and other site supervisors to meet project schedules.

8. Check welding machines, tools, and consumables to ensure they are in good working condition.

9. Maintain records of welding activities, inspections, repairs, and daily progress reports.

10. Train and guide welding personnel, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and efficiency.
