Wildlife Executive

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Wildlife Executive to support daily operations, fieldwork, and admin functions within our wildlife and bird control division. This role combines on-site execution, reporting, coordination, and basic sales support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Field Work

• Conduct site inspections to assess bird and wildlife activity

• Perform basic wildlife survey and management works

• Monitor and maintain installed systems for effectiveness

• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements

• Handle on-site issues, risks, and escalations

2. Surveying & Reporting

• Conduct field and online surveys on bird activity, movement, and nesting habits

• Analyse findings and prepare reports with recommended solutions

• Provide photo documentation and site updates

3. Administrative & Coordination Support

• Support daily administrative work (data entry, documentation, filing)

• Assist with invoicing and basic record updates

• Coordinate job scheduling, site visits, and project timelines

• Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations

4. Sales Support

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, or meetings

• Support sales efforts by recommending suitable bird control solutions

• Follow up on leads and assist in closing opportunities

Requirements

• Must possess own motorcycle or Class 3 / 3A driving licence

• Comfortable with outdoor and hands-on work

• Physically fit and able to perform field duties

• Basic administrative and reporting skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

• Prior experience in pest control, wildlife, construction, or related fields is an advantage
