WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HEALTH COORDINATOR (WSHC)

Job Description:

• Coordinate and be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing Company's employee safety at work.
• Assist WSH Officer to ensure that the workplace is safe and free from any hazards/risks.
• Attend all safety meetings, site walks, and site inspections.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, site safety briefings, RA/SWP briefings, etc.
• Preparing and checking all RA, SWP, etc.
• Conduct frequent checks on personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery. Ensure all PPE and machinery are in good condition and in working condition.
• Ensure all site works are carried out in a safe manner and follow local health and safety regulations.
• Create policies and standards to reduce job-related accidents and injuries.
• Report to site team for all safety issues.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Posses class 3 license and being able to drive a lorry will be added bonus.
