Workplace Safety and Health Coordinator(WSHC)

• Conduct daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and Mass TBMs to communicate safety information and work instructions to the workforce.
• Identify workplace hazards, assess associated risks, implement effective control measures, and ensure continuous risk management.
• Implement and monitor HSE initiatives aimed at continual improvement in workplace safety and health performance.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with applicable Acts, Regulations, and organizational requirements.
• Attend client meetings, audits, and site inspections to address HSE concerns and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Able to perform/assist to conduct/prepare MSRA/lifting plan
• Assess and approve Permit to work
• Investigate Accident and Incident and prepare report
• Conduct HSE inspections and recommend/implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Monitor HSE objectives and targets, providing regular feedback and recommending adjustments for continual improvement.
• Deliver in-house HSE training sessions to enhance awareness and competencies among employees.
• Coordinate and implement the Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan, ensuring readiness for potential incidents.
• Collect, compile, and analyze HSE statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead or participate in the investigation of incidents and accidents, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support and participate in HSE promotional activities, campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Perform any other HSE-related duties as assigned by the superior, in alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in WSHC.

WSQ Advance Certificate in WSH (Level B)
