Workplace Safety and Health Officer

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act

• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations

• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions

• Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place

• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation

• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent future occurrences.

• Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.

• Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.
  

  REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

  • Registered WSH Officer with MOM

  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry

  • Occupational Safety Management (including fire & safety management)

  • WSHO with experience in leading safety management for HDB or Buildings.

  work location : Tuas industrial area
  working hours: Weekly 6 days and 8.30am to 7.0pm daily OT 2.0hrs
  Monthly Fixed salary will be added including of OT
  Project Duration: 8 month duration ( June 2026 to Feb 2027)
