WSH Coordinator

• Assist the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer in implementing and maintaining the company's WSH Management System.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with MOM, WSH Act, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Monitor work activities and identify unsafe acts or unsafe conditions on site.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, inspection records, and permit-to-work records.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety-related matters.
• Ensure all workers comply with company safety policies, procedures, and site safety requirements.
• Assist in organizing emergency preparedness drills and safety campaigns.
• Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Possess a valid WSH Coordinator Certificate recognized by MOM.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Familiar with Singapore WSH legislation, Code of Practice, and construction safety requirements.
• Good knowledge of risk assessment, safe work procedures, and permit-to-work systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering, building construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence will be an advantage.
