WSH Coordinator

Job Description:

• Attend / conduct safety inspections, Safety Time-out, RA Briefing, Toolbox Meeting / Pre Task Talk Meeting and other safety meeting from project.
• To analyze safety risks on site through regular safety inspection / supervision & submit observation/inspection reports on a regular basis.
• Implementing new health and safety protocols and measures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Regularly share latest Safety related news during TBM, Pre-Task Talk or RA briefing to the crews.
• To submit all related safety document as per requested by our Project client.
• To Create and implement safety plans
• To educate employees on safety standards and regulations.
• To provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace.
• Training crews on health and safety policies, perform demonstration drill for emergency response or related safety drill.
• Investigate accidents/incident that occur onsite and identify possible causes of the accident.
• Generating assessment documentation, incident and accident reports, and safety & health manuals.
• Inspect and assess work area to ensure that all measures are complied with for issuing Permit to work (PTW).
• Ensure that all works are performed according to the approved method statement, risk assessment, and SWP
• Maintain documentation of the company's safety procedures, accidents and related events.

Requirements:

• At Least 2 Years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B)
• Work at Height Assessor Certificate or Managing work at Height
• Confine Space Assessor Certificate
• Preferably with scaffold erector and supervision certificate
