WSH Officer

Location: Tampines

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with WSH Act and MOM safety regulations.
• Conduct site safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety training.
• Monitor safe work practices and PPE compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on WSH matters.
• Maintain safety records and prepare statutory reports.

Requirements:

• Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant construction site experience.
• Good knowledge of WSH legislation and safety management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
