WSH / Safety Executive (Commercial Office Fit-Out)

About:

Our client is a leading commercial interior fit-out contractor specializing in corporate office projects across Singapore. They are seeking a WSH / Safety Executive to oversee safety compliance, risk assessments, BizSAFE requirements, and project safety documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, maintain, and coordinate Risk Assessment (RA) documents for all project activities.
• Act as the designated coordinator/signatory for RA documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all project safety documentation, records, permits, and toolbox meeting reports are properly maintained and updated.
• Maintain a systematic filing system for safety records and ensure documents are audit-ready at all times.
• Coordinate annual BizSAFE, ISO, and WSH audits, including preparation of supporting documents and records for auditor review.
• Liaise with external safety consultants, auditors, and relevant stakeholders on compliance and certification matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Workplace Safety & Health, Safety Coordination, or Risk Assessment.
• Experience in construction, interior fit-out, renovation, A&A works, or related industries preferred.
• Hands-on experience preparing and managing Risk Assessments (RA), Toolbox Meeting records, and safety documentation.
• Possess BizSAFE Level 2 certification.
• Completed the Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites course (formerly Construction Safety Course for Project Managers).
• Familiarity with BizSAFE, ISO standards, safety audits, and WSH regulations.
• Good documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
