(1 Year Contract, RENEWABLE) Customer Service Agent / Officer #HCGK

We are looking for Customer Service Agent to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.

Job Description:

• Process customer orders and inquiries daily via email, fax, or phone call.
• Conduct thorough follow-up with business units regarding fixed or ad-hoc billing, including monthly report generation and invoice posting.
• Coordinate and communicate sales order status to customers and sales teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage export shipments for intercompany and direct overseas customers.
• Prepare shipping documents for both Singapore and export shipments.
• Assist in investigations of internal and external complaints to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Ensure validity of hazardous substance licenses from customers and compliance with NEA and SPF regulations.
• Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.

Requirement

• Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / Nitec / 'A' Levels / Diploma / Degree
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment setting
