Job Responsibilities

• Front counter duties

• Registration of walk-in patients

• Preparation of patient documentation

• Conducting financial counselling

• Handling payment collection

• Reconciling daily collections

• Responding to patient phone inquiries

• Managing email correspondence

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A Level

• Able to commit to the following hours: 3 rotating shifts including overnights and weekends, will be rostered
