Beautician / Nail & Lash Technician (High Commission / Up to $5,500+)

Job Overview

• Position: Beautician / Nail & Lash Technician (1 Vacancy)

• Monthly Salary: Base Salary $3,300 + High Commission (Expected Gross: SGD $3,500 – SGD $5,500+)

• Commission Rate: 1% to 15%

• Location: Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality beauty services, specializing in at least two of the following: Nail Art/Manicure/Pedicure, Eyelash Extensions, or Semi-Permanent Embroidery.

• Provide professional consultations to customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable services or products.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by being warm, welcoming, and actively communicating with clients.

• Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness of work stations and tools.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the beauty/nail/lash industry with a strong portfolio.

• Skills: Excellent technical skills with a fast yet precise work pace.

• Soft Skills: Cheerful disposition, friendly, well-spoken, and loves interacting with customers.

• Physical Requirement: Perfect or naturally sharp vision (No eyeglasses/myopia preferred due to the high-precision nature of the delicate lash and nail work).

• Demographics Preferred: Female, under 30 years old.

• Commitment: Must be willing to sign a 3-year contract.

Working Hours & Benefits

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM

• Overtime Bonus: Technicians with fast work speed who handle extensions past 10:30 PM will receive an additional 10% OT commission.

• Rest Days: 2 days off per month (on a roster/flexible arrangement).
