Admissions Operations & Enrolment Manager

ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Operations & Enrolment Manager to lead the operational delivery of our admissions and enrolment journey. Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Family Experience, you will oversee enquiry management, admissions administration, enrolment and registrar services, and admissions events, ensuring every family receives a seamless, professional and welcoming experience from first contact through to their child's first day at school.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the end-to-end admissions operations process.
• Manage enquiry handling, visitor experience and service standards across all touchpoints.
• Oversee admissions administration, assessments, interviews and offer management.
• Lead enrolment and registrar processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service.
• Plan and execute admissions events including Open Houses, Information Sessions, Campus Tours and Orientation programmes.
• Coach and develop the Admissions Operations team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage CRM and student information systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Hospitality, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, student administration, customer service or operations management.
• Proven track record leading operational teams and improving processes.
• Experience with CRM and Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred.
• Strong organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric, detail-oriented and committed to delivering outstanding service
