Role Overview

As an Aesthetic Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the patient journey from enquiry to consultation, treatment explanation, package recommendation, follow-up care, and long-term patient relationship building.

You will work closely with our doctors and clinic team to ensure every patient receives clear advice, professional service, and a trusted InnerSkin experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional clinic experience
• Assist doctors in explaining treatment plans and skin programmes
• Assist doctors in treatment and procedures
• Recommend suitable packages based on doctor-approved treatment plans
• Build long-term relationships with patients through proper follow-up and aftercare
• Achieve personal and team sales targets in an ethical and service-oriented manner
• Support clinic operations, appointment coordination, and patient flow
• Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins
• Maintain accurate patient records, invoices, and follow-up notes
• Support treatment room readiness and overall clinic presentation
• Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and patient service

Requirements

·       Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, healthcare, luxury retail, or cabin crew is preferred

• Sales experience will be an advantage
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented, positive, and willing to learn
• Professional, well-groomed, and responsible
• Able to work retail hours and weekends
• Candidates without aesthetic experience but with strong attitude and service mindset are welcome to apply

·       Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred to support Mandarin-speaking clients

Remuneration (for internal reference)

Basic salary: Up to S$3,500/month, depending on experience
Expected income: S$3,200 – S$7,000/month
High performers: S$8,000 – S$10,000+/month
