As our business continues to grow and expand, we are looking for an exceptional Aesthetic Clinic Manager to join our leadership team.

This is more than a management role. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client care.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team while fostering a positive, collaborative and motivated workplace culture.
• Drive clinic performance by achieving sales targets through ethical consultation, outstanding service and client retention.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and maintain the highest standards of customer experience.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, coaching and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, workplace safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Manage clinic inventory, procurement and operational resources efficiently.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with Management and Marketing to support business growth and operational excellence.
• Monitor clinic performance and prepare regular sales and operational reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' managerial experience within the aesthetics or medical aesthetics industry.
• Proven track record of leading successful teams and consistently achieving strong sales performance.
• Strong understanding of aesthetic clinic operations, consultation processes, treatment services and customer expectations.
• Experience managing premium aesthetic treatment programmes and providing exceptional service to discerning clients.
• Good knowledge of current aesthetic treatments, skincare technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in POS and clinic management software (Plato) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate effectively with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients and business stakeholders.
