Aftersales Support Executive (Automotive)

Permanent position, Salary up to $4,500 with bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Support Aftersales financial performance through reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, retention, upselling, parts sales, and labour performance.
• Provide operational support to service centres, including system troubleshooting and package setup.
• Coordinate with Finance and operations teams on debtor ageing and collections matters.
• Support tender and procurement activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance standards.
• Participate in digitalisation, system implementation, and UAT initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage monthly incentive and commission payouts accurately and timely.
• Support Aftersales events and ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, reporting, finance support, or aftersales-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
