AI Kitchen Specialist

Job Summary

Support the adoption of AI-powered kitchen automation systems by assisting customers with product demonstrations, recipe input, system setup, user training, and day-to-day operational guidance. This role combines smart kitchen technology application, customer engagement, operational support, and business development support within the commercial food service industry.

The position is suitable for candidates with experience in F&B operations, kitchen operations, culinary work, food ingredients, beverage sales, commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality, equipment servicing, technical support, POS systems, automation equipment, digital operations, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations for AI-powered kitchen automation systems and intelligent cooking equipment.

• Assist customers with recipe input, cooking programme setup, system configuration, and basic operational adjustments.

• Train customers on equipment operation, recipe management, workflow usage, and basic troubleshooting.

• Support equipment setup, deployment, customer onboarding, and on-site operational guidance.

• Work closely with restaurants, food courts, central kitchens, catering companies, hotels, foodservice operators, distributors, and business partners.

• Support customer meetings, product presentations, live cooking demonstrations, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

• Assist the sales and management team by explaining product functions, operational benefits, and smart kitchen solution applications.

• Identify customer needs and provide feedback on workflow optimisation, recipe requirements, operational efficiency, and user experience improvements.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support customer satisfaction, repeat business, and future sales opportunities.

• Support business development activities where suitable, including customer follow-ups, lead engagement, and sales opportunity identification.

• Stay updated on AI-powered kitchen technologies, intelligent automation systems, digital operational tools, and foodservice industry developments.

Requirements

• Experience in F&B operations, kitchen operations, culinary work, foodservice, food ingredients, beverage sales, hospitality, commercial kitchen equipment, equipment servicing, POS systems, automation equipment, technical support, digital operations, or related industries will be an advantage.

• Culinary or kitchen operations experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Existing contacts or networks within Singapore’s F&B industry will be highly advantageous.

• Strong computer literacy and confidence in using digital systems, software platforms, and technology-based operational tools are essential requirements for this role.

• Comfortable handling recipe input, system configuration, operational settings, and digital workflow management within AI-powered kitchen systems.

• Candidates with experience in software systems, digital operations, POS systems, automation platforms, or technology-based environments will have an added advantage.

• Ability to learn and adapt to new AI technologies, smart kitchen systems, and digital operational processes is highly important.

• Able to conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and hands-on operational support activities.

• Strong communication, customer engagement, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to understand customer operational needs and explain smart kitchen solutions clearly and professionally.

• Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn new technologies, and able to work independently.

• Candidates with sales awareness, customer development experience, or business development ability will be strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Compensation Package: SGD 3,000 – SGD 8,000+ inclusive of basic salary, commissions, and performance incentives.
