Air Cargo Officer

* Location: Expo
* Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
* AWS & Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate cargo arrival and clearance
• Monitor shipment status and update customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare import permit declarations
• Arrange delivery orders and coordinate cargo delivery
• Support warehouse operations and documentation
• Billing and customer service support

Requirements:
• Relevant Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Air Freight Forwarding
• Knowledge of MAWB/HAWB, permits & customs clearance is an advantage
• CargoWise experience is a plus
