Air Freight Customer Service Officer (East / 5.5 days shift work) [EL]

• Coordinate flight bookings with airlines for shipment arrangements
• Arrange shipments with customers and external contractors
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Collaborate closely with operations team to fulfil customer requirements
• Ensure adherence to customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Update shipment data accurately in the system
• Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, carriers and customs on shipment requirements
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
• Track shipment progress to support month-end operational targets
• Coordinate with billing team to close jobs and process invoicing
• Manage supplier invoice discrepancies and resolve disputes
• Lead issue resolution and ensure service recovery when required
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance team service capabilities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager

*Working Hours: 5.5 days shift work
