Job Description:

We are seeking an Air Import Operations Assistant/Executive to coordinate air import shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery.  Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the team on shipment arrangements and documentation.
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth delivery to customers.
• Track incoming shipments and action pre-alerts promptly.
• Work with vendors and transporters to resolve operational challenges.
• Lead special projects and support other key operations as needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse vendors and transporters to ensure timely clearance and delivery.

Job Requirements

• ITE/Diploma graduates or candidate with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in freight forwarding and understanding of incoterms is a plus.
