  • Salary: Up to S$7,000 Basic (Negotiable based on experience)
  • Monday – Friday 9am-530pm; Alternate Saturday 9am-1pm

Drive Operational Excellence in Airfreight Export

Are you an experienced Airfreight Export professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for improving operational processes?

We're partnering with an established multinational logistics company looking for an Airfreight Export Manager to lead its Customer Service team while driving operational excellence, CargoWise optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and mentor the Airfreight Export Customer Service team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee the complete A–Z export shipment lifecycle, from booking through documentation, customs coordination, billing, and job closure.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex shipment and customer service issues.
  • Work closely with Operations, Airlines, Overseas Offices, Customs, and Sales to ensure seamless shipment execution.
  • Monitor team productivity, service levels, and operational KPIs while driving continuous improvement.
  • Review and optimize export workflows to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Support CargoWise enhancement initiatives, workflow optimization, and digital transformation projects.
  • Develop and standardize SOPs while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performing customer service team.

We're Looking For

  • Experience managing Airfreight Export Customer Service within a freight forwarding environment.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end (A–Z) export operations.
  • Hands-on experience using CargoWise.
  • Exposure to CargoWise implementation, process improvement, workflow optimization, or digital transformation will be highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience leading a team and driving operational KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of export documentation, customs processes, and freight forwarding operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
