Ancestral Hall Attendant

🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏻‍♂️ Your Role:

• Attend to customer enquiry
• Assist customers with ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting and tablet placement
• Clear prayer items after Ancestral rituals / prayers / chanting
• Monitor the functionality of hall equipment and report for any breakdowns
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the ancestral halls
• Support the Monastery annual prayer events

📚 What You Bring:

• Education: Secondary school qualification and above
• Year(s) of Experience: Min. 1 year of front line working experience
• Language(s): Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Required Skill(s)/Knowledge: Effective communication and Interpersonal skills, Good Customer Service skills
• Comfortable with physical works
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
