The company, established in 1998 and based in Singapore, specializes in marketing and distributing banqueting and contract furniture, mobile operating equipment, linens and fabrics for the hospitality and institutional space, serving major hotels, private clubs, service apartments, celebrity restaurants, and government institutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Business Development to support the Deputy General Manager in managing key hotel accounts, securing new, established business, and maintaining high client service standards.

Responsibilities

• Support DGM on major accounts and ongoing projects.
• Maintain and grow established accounts independently.
• Identify and secure new sales opportunities in the hospitality sector.
• Represent our product offerings professionally with regular client visits on the ground.
• Coordinate between operations, logistics, and procurement teams.
• Regular feedback on potential sales, projects and market updates to DGM.

CandidateProfile:

• 3+ years of field sales experience in the hospitality or related industry.
• Age between 35–45 years.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated and comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.

Remuneration:

• Salary : Approx SGD 5,500 gross /month.
• Transport allowance will be provided.
• Year-end performance bonus.

Able to commence employment at short notice.
