• Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Monthly Salary: basic up to $3500 + Commissions + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Client Enquiry Management – Handle hotline calls, respond promptly to enquiries, and ensure timely follow‑up on service requests.

• Funeral Arrangement Coordination – Organize service arrangements with professionalism, accuracy, and sensitivity to client needs.

• Client Engagement – Conduct consultations in‑office, on‑site, or virtually to discuss service requirements.

• Transfer Assistance – Support the transfer of the deceased to funeral homes in line with established procedures.

• Cross‑Team Collaboration – Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and proper documentation.

• Administrative Support – Perform general administrative tasks and ad‑hoc duties to assist departmental operations.

Requirement

• Have sales experience in the same or bank/insurance industry is an added advantage
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is and added advantage
• Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
