• Office Location: Geylang Bahru, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri/Sat 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Monthly Salary: basic up to $4500 + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Daily Operations Leadership – Conduct morning briefings, coordinate with Team Leaders, and ensure seamless execution of funeral service activities.

• Scheduling & Reporting – Manage service schedules, prepare monthly rosters, and provide budget updates to Finance.

• Service Quality Management – Monitor performance, address client concerns, and ensure services meet required rituals, customs, and company standards.

• Process Optimization – Review SOPs, templates, and workflows with Team Leaders to improve efficiency and documentation.

• HR & Staff Welfare – Support leave approvals, overtime, recruitment, and initiatives to maintain staff morale and well‑being.

• Policy & Compliance Oversight – Ensure adherence to company policies, oversee compensation matters, and handle additional operational duties.

Requirements

• At least 2-4 years of management experience
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Willingness to work overtime and perform night standby duties when required.
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
