We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our indoor playgrounds in Singapore. As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service standards, supervising outlet staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all branch activities. Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day operations to ensure successful execution of daily tasks, driving the floor team to meet outlet performance targets.
Manage frontline customer experiences, resolving problems, complaints, and service requests efficiently on the floor.
Network with visitors to safeguard the branch's reputation, flagging guest feedback and trends to the Branch Manager or upper management.
Support the onboarding, coaching, and motivation of the crew to uphold company standards for quality, service, and sales.
Identify operational bottlenecks on the ground, executing immediate corrective actions and contributing insights to the Branch/Area Manager to improve processes.
Assist with (or take ownership of) staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and mandatory training pipelines for all full-time and part-time crew.
Enforce safety and cleanliness protocols across the playground, conducting regular checks to maintain a pristine, safe environment.
Oversee inventory counts and stock replenishment to minimize waste and support outlet expense control.

Qualifications Requirements:
At least a diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or a Tourism Certificate.
