ASSISTANT ENGINEER (Commercial Kitchen Equipment)
$3000 - $4800
Perform deliver, installation, service, troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment & other works related
1. Perform various types of commercial kitchen equipment installations, commissioning,
modification,troubleshooting, repair, servicing, other technical support, on-site trainingand
ensure that it issafe, reliable and efficient.
2. Good knowledge onvarious types of commercial kitchen equipment, electronical,
mechanical andrefrigeration.
3. Provide trainingto customers on product usage and maintenance.
4. Ability to readand comprehend wiring diagrams, and to follow manuals on operation and
installation tosuccessful complete tasks.
5. Ability to quicklyunderstand and carry out both written and oral instructions on technical
advice effectively.
6. Ensuring all workscompliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
7. Ensure adherenceto company standards and customer satisfaction.
8. Submission ofdaily work report.
9. Other ad hocduties.
10. Valid Driver’sLicense with a good driving record to operate a commercial vehicle.
11. 3 years orabove relevant experience in same/similar industry. (Commercial
Kitchen Equipment)
12. Good physicalcondition.
13. Willing to workovertime on Sunday & Public Holiday.
14. Working hours :Mon-Fri : 9am-6pm, Sat : 9am-1pm
