Assistant Manager, Customer Care (Automotive Industry/ Operations/ Central) INF

Our client, one of Singapore's local distributor of Leading Material Handling Equipment, is looking out for talents for the position of Assistant Manager (Customer Care).

Job Details

• Assistant Manager, Customer Care (Full-time Permanent)
• Central
• 5.25 Days Work Week (Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm) & Alternate Saturdays (8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Basic + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Performance Bonus (~3 months)

Job Responsibilities

• To manage daily operational activities and manage cost recovery.
• Manage customer feedback/complaints and service recovery.
• Manage all matters relating to vehicle maintenance, repairs, breakdown, accidents and claim settlement.
• Manage operation and maintenance of company's vehicle fleet and budgets.
• Manage LTA compliance and reporting, and to manage new rental and projects.
• Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs.
• Involve in vendor management and relationship.
• Resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
• Fleet planning, utilisation and vehicle movement.
• Manage staff welfare, discipline, work performance and HR matters.
• To take lead of all matters within the department and company.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Levels qualification with at least 2 years of relevant customer care experiences.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
• Tech savvy and preferably possess LTA Compliance and Accident claims knowledge.
• Independent, resourceful and possess a high level of personal drive and commitment in work, responsible, positive with a can-do attitude.
• Leadership experiences is an added advantage
• Candidate must have a valid SG class 3 driving license
