We are seeking a passionate Assistant Manager, Partnerships to drive our engagement initiatives forward.  If you excel at cultivating relationships, designing donor engagement strategies and managing high-value partnerships, this role is for you!

The Role: Impact in Action

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be a relationship builder, storyteller and fundraiser.

1. Relationship Architect & Partner: You’ll develop and steward long-term connections with individual donors and corporate partners to foster enduring partnerships.

2. Data Champion: You use data purposefully to drive effective, targeted engagement strategies that keep our individual and corporate partners engaged and valued.

3. Fundraising Architect: You’ll explore, design, and drive diverse fundraising channels to grow our donor ecosystem and secure crucial resources.

4. Compelling Storyteller: You’ll craft impactful donation appeal letters and proposals, and impact reports that show partners the difference their contributions make.

5. Campaign Collaborator: You’ll work hand-in-hand with the wider team to execute meaningful fundraising campaigns and impactful community events.
   

Who You Are

• Experienced & Driven: You bring at least 3 years of proven experience in any of these areas: sales, business development, fundraising or partnerships. You have a knack for driving donor acquisition and developing high-value partnerships.

• A Natural Communicator: You possess excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills, with the agility to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Mission-Aligned: You are motivated to make a real difference in the social service sector.

• Bonus Points: You have experience working or volunteering in the social service sector and have knowledge of Singapore Sign Language.
