1. Define strategic business direction
2. Set organisational business goals for high performance and growth

Requirements
· At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager, or any other relevant positions
· Degree Holder
· Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills with attention to details
· Cohesive communication skills to engage, enrich and enhance with internal and external stakeholders
· Excellent knowledge on budgeting and finance related matters
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong, professional work ethics
· Able to work independently
· Good team player
· Disciplined, self-motivated and results-driven
· Experienced in MS Office, MS Words and Excel
