ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE)

Our client, a market leader in the Automotive industry is seeking an ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER to join their dynamic Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels

• Support the creation and management of marketing content including social media posts, email campaigns, website copy and promotional materials

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and campaign development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior team members

• Manage marketing collateral, databases and asset libraries to ensure materials remain current and organised

• Support event marketing activities including planning, promotion and post-event analysis

• Assist in the coordination of brand initiatives and communications to maintain consistent messaging across all platforms

• Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and campaign impact.
  

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline

• 3 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related field IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content

• Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms including social media management systems and email marketing software

• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO, SEM and content marketing

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools

• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Preferred: Experience with marketing automation tools or CRM systems

• Preferred: Familiarity with content management systems and web analytics platforms

• CLASS 3 DRIVING LICENSE IS A MUST.
