Assistant Service Manager (ACMV)

• To assist in managing a team of service department, providing guidance, support and coachingas needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional customer service and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• To delegate tasks, set performance objectives, and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team meets or exceed service targets.
• Involve all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring service call to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Coordinate with other department to optimize resource allocation and meet service demand effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, maintenance schedules and inventory management.
• Ensure that all service activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of employees and clients.
• Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management.

Requirement :

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in ACMV field of Customer Service.
