Assistant Shipping Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing daily shipping, logistics and distribution process within the organization.
• Leading and guiding logistics team in routine shipping activities.
• Communicate and follow-up with customers on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
• Use shipping software to organize and prioritize shipping activities eg PSA Haulier Community System, Trade-Net, crimson logic etc.
• Manage and review all shipping documents.
• Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Create and present reports for upper management.

Job Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Knowledge of logistics operations and shipping procedures and documents
• Familiar with PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet
• Good leadership skills
