We are looking for an Associate Technical Specialist—a hands-on, tech-savvy professional ready to master world-class brands like LiveU, Q-SYS and Panopto.

The Opportunity

This isn’t a "sit-behind-a-desk" support role. You will be on the front lines, deploying and maintaining sophisticated video systems. If you love the adrenaline of live production and the precision of systems integration, this is where you level up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Systems Deployment: Lead the hands-on installation and setup of live streaming and video learning systems.

• Live Troubleshooting: Be the "hero on the ground"—diagnosing and resolving technical issues for high-stakes broadcast and education clients.

• Client Partnership: Work closely with our partners at churches, universities, and corporations to ensure their technical vision becomes a reality.

• The "Pro" Touch: Maintain and calibrate equipment to ensure peak performance, from Magewell encoders to complex Q-Sys audio networks.

Who You Are

• Early-Career Tech: You have 1–4 years of experience (or a Degree/Diploma in a related field) and a "can-do" attitude.

• Problem Solver: You have a logical, analytical mind. When a system fails, you don’t panic—you troubleshoot.

• Client-Facing: You’re professional, articulate, and can explain technical concepts without the jargon.

• Knowledgeable (or Eager to Learn): Familiarity with LiveU, Panopto, or Q-Sys is a massive plus, but we’ll train the right person.

• On-Site Ready: You thrive in a dynamic, on-site environment and are ready to roll up your sleeves.

Qualifications & Requirements

The Foundation

• Education: Diploma or Higher NITEC in Audio Visual Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Broadcast Media, or a related technical field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AV integration, live events, or broadcast support. (Fresh graduates with strong internship portfolios in these fields are welcome to apply).

The Technical Edge

• System Knowledge: A solid understanding of signal flow (Audio/Video), networking basics (IP addresses, DHCP), and cable termination.

• Toolbox: Proficiency with hand/power tools and a "safety-first" mindset on-site.

• Bonus Points: If you hold certifications in Q-SYS (Level 1+), Dante, or CTS, move to the front of the line!

Professional Essentials

• Communication: Excellent command of English to collaborate with institutional clients and document technical site reports.

• Mindset: Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment, occasionally supporting live events outside of standard 9-to-5 hours.
