Responsibilities
Membership Department Administration and Operations including Manpower Management
Lead full spectrum of membership activities, including applications, renewals, transfers, and terminations, ensuring compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in accordance with the Club’s Constitution.
Minutes taking during MC meetings and critical meetings as well as administration
Managing membership programs; organise members' events; attract-retain-grow membership
Handle sensitive member matters and disputes with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records and database systems.
Resolve member concerns promptly, professionally, and with discretion.
Manage AGM/EGM-related matters efficiently and with integrity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular engagement/interactions.
Implement initiatives to enhance member satisfaction, retention, and overall experience.
Prepare and present reports on membership statistics, performance, work plans, marketing strategies, and event outcomes. Analyze membership data and trends
Prepare and manage department’s annual budget for efficient and responsible use of resources.
Lead, supervise, train, and mentor the membership team to ensure high performance and service excellence.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Club Rules and Bye-Laws to effectively guide members.
Be the key liaison between Members and Management to align expectations and enhance satisfaction.
Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned by Management; Support Club’s events.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, or a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality, membership services or customer engagement roles.
Proficient in MS Office and digital filing systems.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational and co-ordination.
Strong command of spoken / written English.
Professional, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Meticulous, structured, and strong follow-up discipline.
Must be available to work weekends and public holidays when required. Willingness to be actively involved in Club events and Member activities.
