Attractions Host (Customer Service | Tourism | Hospitality)

Salary: Up to S$2,400/month

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
• Welcome, guide, and assist guests with enquiries.
• Ensure the safe and smooth operation of attraction facilities.
• Conduct routine operational and safety checks.
• Monitor guest flow and manage queues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of attraction areas.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally.
• Work closely with team members to support daily operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Tourism, Attractions, or Frontline Operations.
• Passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Bilingual candidates are an advantage.

Working Hours

Rotating Shifts

• 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM
• 12:30 PM – 10:15 PM

(1-hour meal break)
