Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Ubi
Working Days: 5.25 days (Mon- to Fri 8am – 5.30pm, Alt Sat 8am – 12.30pm)

Key Duties:

• Handle incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide accurate information in a professional manner.
• Route calls efficiently to the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
• Serve as the first point of contact for bookings and appointments while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements: 

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
