We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the friendly face and trusted expert for our customers. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in creating seamless service experiences and building lasting relationships.

 🌟 What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers with vehicle concerns, offering expert advice and tailored service solutions

• Schedule service appointments, manage work orders, and keep customers informed throughout the process

• Provide clear and accurate cost estimates

• Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality repairs

• Conduct thorough checks on serviced vehicles before handover

• Review invoices for accuracy and explain charges to customers during vehicle collection

  🛠️ What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in the service or retail industry

• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

• High level of independence, initiative, and attention to detail

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve customer concerns effectively

• GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays (OT)

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes (preferred)
