🚀 Sales Executive

We’re looking for a proactive, self-motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team at Vivopress, a provider of customized corporate gifts and premium packaging in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing projects from inquiry to delivery and working in a creative environment.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound sales inquiries via email and calls
• Understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals & quotations
• Follow up, close deals, and guide clients from start to finish.
• Communicate project instructions to our China procurement team
• Meet clients in person when needed to build trust, pitch ideas, or close deals (Grab transport reimbursed – no car required)
• Identify and engage target companies, with support from the marketing team, to generate leads

📌 Requirements:

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing sales role
• Fluent in English and written Chinese (to liaise with China-side suppliers)
• Organized, proactive, reliable – and someone who enjoys building client relationships

🌟 Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in B2B sales, pitching, and account management
• Know how to generate your own leads when needed

💼 Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary $3,200 - $3,800/month + performance-based commission
• 1 month AWS + performance-based year-end bonus
