Bar Manager

Mogambo Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant nightspot that's been at Boat Quay since 2011.

We are seeking one dependable and hardworking Bar Manager to join our team.

Duties of Bar Manager includes but not limited to;

1. Serving customers to a high standard by attending to guests’ needs in a prompt and professional manner

2. Assisting with the operational running of the bar and ensuring staff are fulfilling their duties to the best of their ability

3. Performing inventory checks and keeping a strict and accurate control over incoming and outgoing stock

4. Ordering of stock and other miscellaneous purchasing

5. Training of new bartenders and Floor Staff/Servers where necessary

6. Reporting to the General Manager and Assistant Manager on staff performance, customer satisfaction and inventory matters

7. Ensuring high standards of all necessary hygiene, health and safety regulations are upheld
