Barista

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and food items according to company recipes and quality standards.
2. Prepare simple food items, including soft-boiled eggs, toast, and side dishes, while ensuring food safety standards are met.
3. Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines, toasters, and other equipment to ensure proper functionality and hygiene.
4. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and replenish stock as required.
5. Coordinate with cashiers and team members to ensure efficient order preparation and service during peak periods.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the preparation area, service counters, and dining environment.
7. Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista, café crew member, or in the F&B industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage-making techniques is an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
