Responsibilites

1. Preparing and serving drinks: Not only making alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages but also ensuring that they meet the standards set by the company in terms of quality, presentation, and portion size. Consistency is key here!
2. Assisting in day-to-day operations: This includes tasks like setting up the bar counter at the beginning of the day, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked, and closing procedures at the end of the day to ensure everything is properly cleaned and stored.
3. Maintaining bottles and glasses: Keeping bottles organized and easily accessible, as well as ensuring that glasses are clean and in good condition, is essential for efficient service and presenting a positive image to customers.
4. Ensuring cleanliness: Hygiene is of utmost importance in a bar setting. Regularly cleaning glasses, utensils, equipment, and the bar station itself helps prevent contamination and maintains a pleasant environment for customers and staff alike.
5. Taking orders: Being attentive to both serving staff and directly to customers when they place their drink orders ensures prompt service and customer satisfaction.
6. Restocking inventory: Monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies and assisting in restocking as needed helps prevent shortages during busy periods and ensures smooth operations.
7. Ad-hoc duties: Being flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as assigned by management is important for contributing to the overall success of the bar.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
2. Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
6. Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred but not required.
