Working Hour: 5 days per week (44Hrs)

Locations: Boat Quay

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations and taking drink order
• Responsible for tending the bar at all times
• Ensure that bar is set up with glasses, stirrers, cocktail garnishes, titbits, etc
• Replenish the stock/supplies as and when necessary
• Monitor and maintain records of bar stocks, in particular wines and liquors and inform the manager for replenishment when necessary
• Mix and dispense drinks in accordance with the menu
• Keep the bar counter clean, wash up, prepare garnishes, and maintain housekeeping of the bar area
• Provide efficient, attentive, courteous, and professional service at all times
• Create a friendly atmosphere in the bar and establish rapport with the customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by the outlet Manager

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the management of a bar or beverage service operation
• In-depth knowledge of various kinds of alcoholic drinks including cocktails and wine is a plus
• Skilful in communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner
• Able to present a positive and professional attitude at all times
