The Role

As a Bartender at Live Twice, you will play an integral role in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional cocktails and heartfelt hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Deliver genuine hospitality from the heart, creating meaningful connections with every guest.
• Engage guests with confidence, sharing product knowledge and making thoughtful recommendations.
• Ensure the highest standards of beverage quality, cleanliness, and service are consistently maintained.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organised, and polished bar environment.
• Manage the daily operations of the bar, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and maintaining equipment.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.
• Uphold the standards and values of Live Twice and Jigger & Pony Group in every interaction.
