Job Summary

Provide facial, skincare, and beauty treatments while assessing customer needs to recommend suitable treatments and products. Maintain treatment room hygiene, manage appointments, and deliver professional customer service in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver facial, skincare, and beauty treatments to meet customer needs
• Assess customers’ skin condition and preferences to recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Perform basic beauty services including facials, eyebrow shaping, and hair removal with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment
• Schedule and manage customer appointments and maintain accurate treatment records
• Explain aftercare procedures clearly to customers to support treatment effectiveness
• Promote beauty packages and skincare products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess relevant beautician certification or equivalent working experience
• Demonstrate good knowledge of beauty treatments and skincare products
• Exhibit strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and show responsibility in working independently
• Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail shifts
